Bio
Steve Fisher, born 9/21/1982, is a professional snowboarder and the 2007 X-Games Champion. He has been snowboarding for 16 years. He started when he was only 8 years old, began competing in regional events and made it to USASA nationals in his first year of competing. He went pro 6 years ago when asked by the US Snowboarding to forerun the 2002 Olympic halfpipe event and be a part of US Snowboarding.
Steve grew up in St. Louis Park, MN, graduated high school in 2001 and has been snowboarding ever since. When he’s not on the mountain, Steve enjoys playing hockey, hiking, golfing and surfing.
