ⁱ Official AFAC Team Uniform Options (one choice per participant):

1. Triathlon Tri Shorts and Tri Top (gender specific)
2. Running shorts and either singlet or women’s run top

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

ⁱⁱ Paid Entry to an Athletic Event Rules:

1.    Event must take place in USA.
2.    Event must be an athletic event.
3.    Entry fee reimbursement may not exceed $100 per event.
4.    Proof of registration must be provided.
5.    Only one reimbursement fee per event.

ⁱⁱⁱ Travel Expense Reimbursement Rules:

1. Travel must be in US.
2. A gift card for the awarded amount will be sent to you using your choice of airline.

^iv Phone Conferences with AFAC Pro Athlete Rules:

1.    You may select the AFAC Pro Athlete of your choice.
2.    Scheduling of the call(s) are to be coordinated through AFAC, and are contingent upon availability of pro athlete.
3.    Calls may be recorded and used at the discretion of AFAC.

^v Newton Running Shoes Rules:

1. Selection of shoes to be offered at discretion of Newton.
2. They will do their best to offer first choice of shoes; however, selection of shoes will be determined by stock and availability of size/color.

^vi Oakley Radar Eyewear Rules:

1.    Only selected eyewear qualified as award. No custom combinations of lenses or frames permitted.
2.    No exchanges or substitutions.
3.    Oakley will do their best to offer the first choice of Radar eyewear; however, award will be affected by availability of stock.
4.    Eyewear will be provided by Oakley directly.

^vii Additional Training Gear:

1.    Determined by stock and availability.
2.    Products will include one of each of the following items:
a.    Running T-shirt.
b.    Run shorts.
c.    Bike shorts.

^* Additional Rules:

LLP members from 2007 have automatically been transferred into
the current awards program and their fundraising amounts have been
applied.

This awards program applies to 2008 events, and only newly
registered participants from 11/1/07 on qualify.
