Everyone wins with Athletes for a Cure. Every time you reach a new fundraising goal for the 2009 events in which you are participating, we will automatically send you the appropriate prize. Register to fundraise and be sure to include your sizes and preference for uniforms.*

ⁱ Official AFAC Team Uniform Options (one choice per participant):

1. Triathlon Tri Shorts and Tri Top (gender specific)
2. Running shorts and either singlet or women’s run top

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

ⁱⁱ Paid Entry to an Athletic Event Rules:

1.    Event must take place in USA.
2.    Event must be an athletic event.
3.    Entry fee reimbursement may not exceed $100 per event.
4.    Proof of registration must be provided.
5.    Only one reimbursement fee per event.
6.   Receipts must be received by 12/30 of current year. Event receipt can be retroactive. Any event that took place in current year is applicable.

ⁱⁱⁱ Travel Expense Reimbursement Rules:

1. Travel must be in US.
2. A gift card for the awarded amount will be sent to you using your choice of airline: SOUTHWEST, JET BLUE or CONTINENTAL. Alternatively, a receipt for air travel can be submitted for reimbursement of the awarded value.

^iv Phone Conferences with AFAC Pro Athlete Rules:

1.    You may select the AFAC Pro Athlete of your choice.
2.    Scheduling of the call(s) are to be coordinated through AFAC, and are contingent upon availability of pro athlete.
3.    Calls may be recorded and used at the discretion of AFAC.

^v Newton Running Shoes Rules:

1. Selection of shoes to be offered at discretion of Newton.
2. They will do their best to offer first choice of shoes; however, selection of shoes will be determined by stock and availability of size/color.

^vi Oakley Radar Eyewear Rules:

1.    Only selected eyewear qualified as prize. No custom combinations of lenses or frames permitted.
2.    No exchanges or substitutions.
3.    Oakley will do their best to offer the first choice of Radar eyewear; however, prize will be affected by availability of stock.
4.    Eyewear will be provided by Oakley directly.

^vii Additional Training Gear:

1.    Determined by stock and availability.
2.    Products will include one of each of the following items:
a.    Running T-shirt
b.    Run shorts
c.    Bike shorts

^* Additional Rules:

This prize program applies to 2009 events, and only newly registered participants from 11/1/08 on qualify.

If you are registered under "Any Events", please note that this is an annual category and will be archived 12/31/09. We hope that you will register for Any Events 2010 and we will provide you with several weeks notification before the end of the year.

Each featured and special event is a separate fundraising program. Multiple fundraising pages and dollars will not be accumulative. Awards will be distributed according to individual fundraising page dollar amounts.

Each fundraising level supplements the prize packages; prizes are cumulative. [For example, once you receive your Tech Tee after raising $250, you do not get another when you reach the next level of $500.]

Member is responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges or returns, unless it is due to our error.
